About the synagogue
Torah Vachesed is a 560-member congregation. Before GabbaiPro, the shul had no dedicated management platform — membership, billing, and payments ran across spreadsheets and separate accounts in Stripe, Clover, and QuickBooks.
What they used before
Office staff worked across three to four different systems and versions of spreadsheets, moving data by hand between Stripe, Clover, QuickBooks, and whatever spreadsheet was most current. There was no single source of truth for a member's balance.

How the migration happened

What changed
