This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs what you may and may not do with the GabbaiPro platform. It applies to all users — synagogue administrators, staff, and any individuals accessing GabbaiPro services. This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.

GabbaiPro is designed and licensed for use in managing synagogue member records, dues and donation processing, high holiday workflows, gabbaim scheduling, and congregational communications. These are the core permitted uses of the platform.
You may grant access to your workspace to staff, administrators, gabbaim, and other authorized personnel of your synagogue. Each user must agree to these terms. You are responsible for all actions taken by users you authorize.
You may use GabbaiPro to send communications to your own members, donors, and congregants who have a legitimate relationship with your synagogue. Mass unsolicited communications are prohibited.
You may not use GabbaiPro for any purpose that violates local, state, federal, or international law, including fraud, money laundering, or unlicensed financial services.
You may not attempt to access another tenant's data, probe or scan platform infrastructure, exploit vulnerabilities, or circumvent authentication or access controls.
You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code or trade secrets from the GabbaiPro platform or its underlying technology.
You may not use the platform to transmit spam, phishing attempts, malware, viruses, or any other harmful or malicious content to your members or any third parties.
You may not resell, sublicense, or provide access to GabbaiPro as a service to third parties without written authorization from Nerav Labs, Inc.
You may not use the platform in a manner that places disproportionate load on infrastructure, disrupts service for other tenants, or interferes with normal platform operations.
You may not impersonate other users, organizations, or GabbaiPro staff, or provide false information about your organization's identity or membership size during signup.
You may not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, index, or extract data from the GabbaiPro platform or any other tenant's content.
Before entering congregant personal data into GabbaiPro, you must ensure you have the appropriate legal basis to do so — whether consent, legitimate interest, or a contractual relationship with your members. You are responsible for providing your members with notice about how their data is used.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of congregant data in your workspace. Do not knowingly enter false, fraudulent, or outdated information about members or donors.
GabbaiPro is not designed for storing sensitive medical, legal, or government-issued identification data. Do not use free-text fields to store information beyond what is needed for legitimate congregational operations.
We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if your use of the platform poses an immediate security risk, involves illegal activity, or causes harm to other users or third parties.
For violations that do not pose an immediate threat, we will generally provide written notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure the violation before taking action.
If you become aware of a violation of this policy by another user or tenant, please report it to support@gabbaipro.com. We investigate all reports and maintain reporter confidentiality where possible.
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on gabbaipro.com. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
